Q1: Can I have a visit to your factory before the order?
A: Why not? Welcome to visit our factory. You can fly to Shanghai Pudong Intentional Airport then come to Lishui railway station through high speed train about 3 hours, then we will pick you up at the railway station, hotel booking service is available.

Q2: Do you supply installation service?
A: Yes, we do. But you will pay for our professional installation cost in advance in accordance with the payment term confirmed by both of us, then we will send the engineers and construction workers to supervise it.

Q3: What is a pre-engineered steel structure?
A: Pre-engineered steel structure means that the material is fabricated completely or partially in a factory, ready to be assembled on-site.  There are many advantages to this building type and method. It is much faster than conventional building, as the fabrication takes place within a factory with the use of specialised equipment, and work is not dependant on the weather. On-site construction is also executed much faster, and it is less labour intensive. 

Q4: How long can the frame be used?
A: The use life of the main structure is the designed used life, usually is at least 50 years (standard request by GB standard)

Q5: How long is the use life of the roof cover?
A: The use life of the PE coating is usually 10-25 years. The use life of roof sun light FRP sheet is shorter, usually 8-15 years.

Q6: What is the anti-rust treatment for steel structure?
A: Normal anti-rust paint,
Anti-rust paint with epoxy zinc primer,

Checking Cost Of steel structure, Please Give Us The Information 
(1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
(2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position.
(3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, seismic magnitude etc.
(4) Insulation material: Panel type, sandwich materials, sandwich thickness
(5) crane metal structures: if have overhead crane, please tell the lifting height and lifting weight.
(6) Is there any materials that are not allowed to import to the country where the structure is planning to use?
(7) If you have other requirements, such as fire proofing, insulated roof, etc. Please also inform us.
(8) It's better if you have your own drawings or pictures. Please send them to us.

Q11: Is a steel structure better than concrete?
A: There are many advantages of steel structures over concrete structures, especially when it comes to structures for commercial, industrial and agricultural environments. In comparison, concrete is able to handle compressive stresses very effectively but it cannot handle high tensile stresses like steel. Concrete can be moulded into any shape, but requires steel reinforcement to increase its tensile strength, preventing cracks and deterioration of the structure. Concrete is also high in self-weight, with steel possessing an excellent strength to weight ratio. Steel structures are easier and faster to construct than concrete structures, and materials are easier to transport.
